Pipefy is searching for a rockstar Online Demand Generation Manager in the USA to ensure the quality and performance of our paid media campaigns. The online demand generation managers masters a wide variety of paid acquisition channels including Paid Search and LinkedIn and is an expert in creating B2B campaigns for both acquisition and account expansion. As a leader by influence, he/she will be a reference by serving as an example of technical excellence and by sharing knowledge and learning across team members. The Online Demand Generation Manager reports directly to the head of Performance team and helps with the coordination of the team by providing direction and feedback to others. The Online Demand Generation Manager will lead and consolidate the analysis of all campaigns and channels providing the necessary insights to the media agency for the continuous optimization of their accounts and campaigns.

What You'll Do:

The main goals for this role are:

  • Execute multi-channel lead acquisition campaigns including PPC, paid social, display and retargeting to generate a consistent flow of quality leads.
  • Grow and improve performance across paid media channels through optimization efforts and regular development and implementation of creative ideas.
  • Work with the sales organization to verify and improve the quality of our demand generation efforts. Identify funnel improvement opportunities through a
  • strong data-driven analysis.
  • Manage and deploy a strategic media plan aimed at driving scale while maintaining target efficiency
  • Create and execute new audiences based on accounts (B2B) for Enterprise and Partners.
  • Lead the interface with Product Marketing and Design teams to develop and deploy on-brand and performant digital advertising.
  • Pilot new customer-focused channel strategies.
  • Help our sales team prioritize what leads to touch and how to engage them.

What We Need You to Have:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience on a Performance team
  • Experience in a B2B environment is a must
  • Must have experience deploying an advertising budget of at least $1M USD
  • Deep understanding of paid marketing, particularly Paid Search and LinkedIn; Ads certification preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude.
  • Good leadership and motivational skills.
  • Solid business sense and understanding of business metrics.
  • Expert user of Google Analytics, Adwords, FB and LinkedIn campaign analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced business analytics software (ideally Metabase).
  • Solid understanding of UX processes and design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
