Sales Enablement Manager

Pipefy is currently searching for a Sales Enablement Manager to help us efficiently scale our global sales operation. This position is a great fit for professionals with great communication skills, solid sales dynamics knowledge and deep understanding of B2B sales coaching. It is a strategic role to the Sales Organization that should enable revenue growth and increase sales productivity by providing effective training and sales resources.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, best practices, to support our sales teams.
  • Support frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective sales support initiatives and establishing a sales coaching program.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to find gaps in resources and training.
  • Own the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process.
  • Train the sales team on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell new solutions.
  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales.
  • Own the salesperson onboarding process and adjust training as the company and product mature.

What We Need You to Have:

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, start-up culture that expects great things every day.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required. Past experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred. Verifiable proof of delivering business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win-rates, decreased rep ramp-up time, improving sales force performance).
  • Fluency in spoken and written Business English.
  • Highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation and evaluation).
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player profile with strong intrapersonal skills.
  • Results and success-oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
  • Must be a fast learner, self-motivated, highly driven to produce results.
  • Innovative and resourceful profile. Capable of developing new approaches for situations in which standard approaches do not apply.
  • Adaptability to juggle multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

It Would be Awesome if You Had:

  • Client Oriented Focus – Work to anticipate internal and external client needs and have an overriding commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Experience working for a SaaS b2b software company.
  • Proficient with SalesForce.com.
  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Lived in an English-speaking country for more than one year or worked with English as the official language of communication language for more than two years.
  • Lived in a Spanish-speaking country for more than one year or worked with Spanish as the official language of communication language for more than two years.
  • Enthusiasm for wearing many hats, and the ability to serve as a project manager, business analyst and account manager without missing a beat.
